QUESTION OF THE MONTH

How quickly can you find out what is unusual about this paragraph? It looks so ordinary that you would think that nothing was wrong with it at all, and in fact, nothing is. But it is unusual. Why? If you study it and think about it you may find out, but I am not going to assist you in any way. You must do it without coaching. No doubt if you work at it for long, it will dawn on you. I don't know. Now, go to work and try your luck.

Spam and superfluous Email.......

I appreciate that I am on everyone's mind, but please limit your email to me at namelocbob@yahoo.com as I am being inundated with foolish chain letters and can barely find the time to go through all of them. If you are thinking about me, please just drop a note to say hi or better yet post your thoughts HERE !

All my love, Bobby

THE MANTRA HAS BEEN.........

"No Concessions on Health Care"

On Sept 14th, Ron Gettelfinger will declare...

"It's a Victory"...

But is it a victory if we settle for...

Neutrality language (the right to organize freely throughout the Corporation)

that allows plant closings and pay cuts like the agreement at Visteon?

Wages were cut from $26.00 an hour to $16.00!

Is it a victory if we settle for...

Temporary employment instead of full employment,

A two or three tier wage scale? Equal Pay for Equal Work!

Is it a victory if we settle for...

A Contract that weakens worker’s rights such as seniority, transfer rights and lines of demarcation?

Is it a victory if we settle for...

COLA DIVERSIONS?

Is it a victory if we settle for...

An Agreement that gives up our "Right to Strike"?

Let's make sure what we ratify!

Demand your right to see the full text of the Agreement.

Then educate your membership.

Vote NO until you Know!

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use---- Galileo Galilei

This is Great!!

Thank you for setting this up. This is great! What a way to be able to get news to the family. Now if we can just get all of the family to do it. I am working on the updated address book for the clan. Will have it ready soon for distribution. Everybody have a great week.
